I have never had the pleasure of working with such a fantastic team of extremely talented, dedicated, generous and "fun-loving" individuals! We are still tallying the numbers from last night's Hollywood...A Night with the Stars!!!!! But I can assure you we exceeded our budgeted income numbers!!
Lynda and I can never thank all of you enough for EVERYTHING you did to help make our FIRST EVER patrons party sooooo over the top!!! The decorations, the food, the entertainment, the bar, the raffle goblets, the auction items, ALL the STARS, the setup, the clean-up, the check-out, the awards ceremony for John, the publicity, the BIG board, the table reservations, the invitations and movie posters, the RFHS students and instructors in the building trades, welding and art departments, the video, the photos and of course.....ELVIS!!! Oh my gosh!!!!
We certainly showed our guests a great time, and they were very generous with their bidding over all. It is a great win for The Education Foundation and the students and teachers of ACISD!!!!

Hi Marco and Patty,
Henry and I wanted to thank you for an amazing job at our wedding in February. All of our friends and family raved about the food, and I know a lot of people were going back for seconds (and thirds). It really was wonderful! Henry and I were hoping you could share the lamb lollipop recipe with us, so we can try it out at home. We both probably had four of those at the reception and could have easily eaten more. Thanks for everything!

Thank you for all the wonderful food! Everything was so amazing, I'm still getting compliments on it all. Thanks you so much for being able to re-create that delicious Butternut Squash soup. I absolutely loved it the first time and it was still just as awesome this time, too! Y'all were so attentive and pleasant, everything was just beautiful. We couldn't have gone with a better catering team.

Everything was fabulous, as usual! But the food, for some reason was exceptionally good today?! I had so many compliments! So thank you for all your hard work. Your wait staff is ALWAYS on the top of their game... very professional. Please let them know they did a wonderful job. And thank you for letting our students help you out with the drinks. That was a nice touch.
